Season 4 of Ghatkopar Kabaddi Premier League is all set to commence on April 21 and will conclude on April 27.
Organised in affiliation with the Mumbai Upnagar Kabaddi Association, as many as 10 teams will be participating in the senior men’s category.
Some of the teams that will be participating in the tournament are Delhi Yoddha and Devansh Superking, Veer Maratha, Bhatwadi Sai Rakshak, Samata Warriors, Ram Shakti, and Siddhivinayak. Delhi Yoddha and Devansh Superking are the defending champions after emerging triumphant in Season 3.
This tournament has adopted the auction process for the selection of players for the teams. The player auction round for the tournament was held in Mumbai recently, allowing all 10 teams to bid for the top talents from Mumbai Upnagar.
Some of the renowned kabaddi players who will be a part of the tournament include Rahul Hegde, Kiran Kadam, Gufran Khan, Abhishek Nar, and Rishant Dev, to name a few. With such players slated to participate in the tournament, fans can expect high-octane kabaddi action.
This tournament promises non-stop kabaddi action with back-to-back tournaments lined up in Maharashtra for the entire month of April.
The Ghatkopar Kabaddi Premier League has been highly successful in the past and has attracted huge crowds, which it is expected to do again in the upcoming season.
