SC East Bengal (SCEB) will take on Hyderabad FC (HFC) in match 70 of the Indian Super League 2021-22 season at Tilak Maidan in Vasco da Gama, Goa on Monday, January 24.
Under new manager Mario Rivera, SCEB ended their 11-match winless streak as they defeated FC Goa 2-1 at GMC Athletic Stadium on Wednesday. With nine points from 12 matches, the Red and Gold Brigade jumped from the bottom spot to 10th in the ISL 2021-22 standings.
On the other hand, Hyderabad FC have managed just one win in their last five matches after a brilliant start to their campaign. Manuel Márquez Roca’s side are currently placed fourth in the standings with 17 points from 11 matches.
