Mumbai City FC will look to extend their momentum in the Indian Super League when they host new team SC East Bengal at Goa’s GMC Stadium in Bambolim on Tuesday.
After losing to underdogs NorthEast United FC in their opening fixture of the ISL 2020-21 campaign, Mumbai City FC bounced back with a narrow 1-0 victory against FC Goa. And with two matches over now, coach Sergio Lobera will hope his star-studded squad to deal better with the ISL’s rigours.
The Islanders will, however, have a stern test against SC East Bengal who had an impressive start to their maiden ISL campaign despite losing to arch-rivals ATK Mohun Bagan in the Kolkata Derby.
