MCFC vs CFC Dream11 team tips for Indian Super League 2021-22
Top tip: Best forward
Picking Mumbai City FC talisman Igor Angulo in any fantasy football team is a no-brainer. The 37-year-old Spanish striker has netted five goals and provided one assist in five matches this season. Having already accumulated 344 fantasy points this ISL, Angulo is tipped to add more points to his tally against Chennaiyin.
Top tip: Best midfielder
Chennaiyin FC midfielder Vladimir Koman has been one of the standout foreign players in ISL 2021-22. The Ukrainian-born Hungarian footballer has controlled the tempo of games for Chennaiyin, helping the Marina Machans remain unbeaten in the tournament so far. Koman has already accrued 234 fantasy points this season and will be a key player for CFC against the defending champions on Wednesday.
Top tip: Best defender and goalkeeper
Mumbai City FC captain Mourtada Fall has once again been impressive for his side at the heart of the defence. The former FC Goa centre-back has formed a formidable partnership with Rahul Bheke and played an important role in MCFC’s campaign so far. Apart from his defensive credentials, Fall has scored two goals in the ongoing ISL.
Between the sticks, fantasy players should draft in Chennaiyin’s Vishal Kaith instead of Mohammad Nawaz of Mumbai city FC. The CFC goalkeeper has conceded just two goals in ISL 8 while also making eight saves in the league so far. At 8.5 credits, the 25-year-old could fetch you more points against a strong Mumbai City forward line.
