Two-time defending champions Manchester City will begin their Premier League 2022-23 campaign with an away game against West Ham on Sunday, August 7.
The Cityzens have a relatively easy schedule in August, with fixtures against Bournemouth (H), Newcastle United (A), Crystal Palace and newly-promoted side Nottingham Forest (Home).
Pep Guardiola’s men will play their first game against a Big Six team in September, when they entertain Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium on September 10.
October is a month to look forward to as City begin the month with a Manchester derby at home. The Sky Blues then have a crunch schedule in the middle of the month as they take on Liverpool and Arsenal in quick succession.
Owing to the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, Manchester City will play only four matches across November and December. Three of those games will be home fixtures.
The first set of matches in January 2023 will be crucial for Man City as they go away to Chelsea (January 2) and Manchester United (January 14) in back-to-back fixtures.
The only major league assignment in February for the Cityzens is a home game against Tottenham Hotspur in the opening week. They play Aston Villa in the only home tie in the month.
The month of April sees the Sky Blues play their final set of games against any of the Big Six teams. They will play host to Liverpool on April 1, while Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal make the trip to the Etihad Stadium on April 26.
Manchester City will conclude their campaign on May 28 away at Brentford.
