After completing his move from Juventus to Bayern Munich over the summer transfer window, Matthijs de Ligt seems to have settled in the heart of the Bavarians’ defence pretty seamlessly. A ball-playing centre-back who is comfortable in possession, de Ligt is capable of more than just being a dominating presence at the back. A threat from set-pieces, he’s already scored once this season and makes for a great addition to your fantasy team.
Inter’s Samir Handanovic is more likely to be the busier of the two goalkeepers, which is why it would be wise to have him in your fantasy team. A great shot-stopper, Handanovic should pull off quite a few saves against Bayern, which in turn will add to your fantasy points tally.
