Manchester United have had 21 penalties in this season alone, higher than any other side in the top five European leagues.
After beating Copenhagen in extra-time in their Europa League quarter-final tie in Cologne on Monday, the team have been dubbed 'penalty merchants', 'VARchester United' and 'lucky Ole', among other things, as the Red Devils confirmed third place in the Premier League.
On Monday night too, after Andreas Bjelland fouled Anthony Martial, referee Clement Turpin awarded a penalty, which was finely slotted home by Bruno Fernandes, making it 21 penalties for the season.
As expected, Twitter lit up soon after and here, we round up some of the best reactions:
Welcome to Manchester United

Karl-Johan Johnsson made THIRTEEN saves against Man Utd, the most by a goalkeeper in a single #UCL or #UEL game since the start of the 2016-17 season... at least.
