Meanwhile, Crystal Palace will head into the Carabao Cup tie high on confidence after registering a 3-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion in their previous fixture in the ongoing Premier League.
With three wins, seven draws and six defeats, Crystal Palace are placed 15th in the Premier League 2024-25 standings.
For Arsenal, the likes of Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard could be rested for the midweek game.
Furthermore, the hosts will miss the services of Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu due to injuries while Oleksandr Zinchenko and Riccardo Calafiori are also doubtful for the upcoming encounter.
Former Arsenal stars Eddie Nketiah and Matt Turner could find a place in Crystal Palace’s starting XI.
