Captain Cristiano Ronaldo, Salem Al-Najdi and Talisca netted a goal each to help Al-Nassr register their first victory under former AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo has been rested for Al-Nassr’s King Cup of Champions 2024-25 opener on Monday.
Since joining Al-Nassr in January 2023, Ronaldo has been in prolific form, having netted 69 goals in 76 matches.
On the other hand, second-tier Saudi outfit Al-Hazem beat Al-Tai 2-1 in a Division 1 fixture on Tuesday.
Al-Hazem, who were relegated from Saudi Pro League last season, are currently placed third in Division 1 with 10 points from four games.

Talisca netted a hat-trick for Al-Nassr while Sadio Mane also added his name on the scoresheet. For Al-Hazem, Ahmad Al-Mhemaid, Toze, Faiz Selemani and Paulo Ricardo scored a goal each to salvage a nail-biting draw.
