Spain defeated the Netherlands in an intensive UEFA Nations League match that ended 3-3, winning 4-2 on penalties. The game happened at Mestalla Stadium in Valencia, where fans saw a lot of action.

Spain went forth first with a penalty from Mikel Oyarzabal after he was fouled. Memphis Depay tied it up with a penalty of his own in the second half, while Oyarzabal scored again to put Spain up 2-1. But Dutch player Ian Maatsen shot a strong ball to level the score at 2-2, making the game into extra time.

Lamine Yamal curbed Xavi Simons' play in extra time and curved in a great goal, giving Spain a short lead. However, Simons scored from the spot after Unai Simon fouled him, making it 3-3 and sending the game to penalties. Oyarzabal and Noa Lang both missed their shots.

Spanish keeper Unai Simon made a key save on Donyell Malen’s shot, and Pedri came through, scoring the last kick to win the match. This win pushes Spain's unbeaten streak to 18 games, and they have not lost in the Nations League since September 2022. Next, Spain will face France in the semi-finals, giving high hope among fans.
