Organised by GAM3RS_X and GRID, the Thunderpick World Championship 2023 is an online European Counter-Strike 2 tournament.
As many as 16 teams will compete in the upcoming eSports S-Tier competition.
Thunderpick World Championship 2023 schedule and format
As per the Thunderpick World Championship 2023 schedule, the tournament will be held across four double-elimination format (GSL) groups.
The 16 participating teams have been divided into four groups of four teams each. Matches will be played in best-of-three series in the group stage.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the Thunderpick World Championship 2023 playoffs.
Meanwhile, the playoffs will take place in a single-elimination format with all matches staged in best-of-three series.

The Thunderpick World Championship 2023 is offering the largest prize pool ever provided by a betting platform in eSports.
To be paid in Bitcoin, the marquee eSports tournament has a total prize pool of $600,000 USD and consists of $100,000 divided among four qualifiers
The winner of the grand final between the last remaining North American and European teams will receive a prize worth $250,000 USD.
The second-placed team will get $100,000 USD. The third and fourth-placed teams will bag $50,000 USD each.
