The Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Finals began on November 3 and concluded on November 5 in Bangalore, India.
Considered to be one of the biggest eSports tournaments in India, the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Finals witnessed 16 top teams competing for a total prize pool of INR 1 crore.
The LAN Finale of the Skyesports BGMI Championship 5.0 was held at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium.
Five invited teams and 11 qualified teams took part in the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Finals.
Blind Esports (Skyesports Champions Series winner), Team Soul (Skyesports Champions Series Runner-up), Big Brother (Skirmish Series winner), GodLike Esports (Skyesports Championship 3.0 winner) and Gladiators Esports (BGIS 2023 winner) were the five invited teams that battled for the title.
The remaining 11 BGMI teams that advanced from the semi-finals were - OR Esports, Entity, Orangutan Gaming, Revenant Esports, Team Numen, Team Empire, Celsius Esports, Team Infinity, Obey Esports, Marcos Gaming and Gods Reign.
As per the schedule, the 16 participating teams played a total of 18 matches in the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Grand Finals over a three-day period. Six matches were held every day.
Blind eSports clinched the prestigious title after finishing at the top of the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Finals standings with 170 points.
The winner of the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Finals bagged INR 48 lakh, while the runner-up received INR 24 lakh.
