One of the world's biggest and most esteemed esports events, the Rocket League World Championship 2023 began in Düsseldorf, Germany on August 3.
As many as 24 teams from across the world are battling for the coveted Rocket League World Championship 2023 trophy over the course of 10 days in the marquee competition.
The Rocket League World Championship is the most prestigious Rocket League tournament in the world and completes the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) Season.

The Rocket League World Championship 2023 is being held in two phases. The Wildcard Stage of the esports event will be held from August 3-6.
The final leg of the Rocket League World Championship 2023, the main event will start on August 8 and conclude on August 13.

Rocket League World Championship 2023 format
As many as 16 teams from all over the world are competing in the Wildcard Stage of the Rocket League World Championship 2023 to qualify for the Main Event.
The Main Event of the Rocket League World Championship will see the eight qualified teams from the Wildcard Stage join the eight auto-qualified teams.
As per the Main Event format, the final 16 teams will compete in a Double-Elimination Group Stage, and the eight advancing teams will clash in a high stakes Single-Elimination Bracket. The winner will be crowned the Rocket League World Champions.

There will be no alternate stream for the Main Event.
