The IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 will start on November 13 and run till November 17 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Organised by the International Esports Federation (IESF) and Saudi Esports Federation, the IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 event will see as many as 24 teams compete in the B-Tier eSports tournament.
The IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 will be staged at the SEF Arena in Riyadh.
A multi-eSport event, the IESF World Esports Championship 2024 will see hundreds of nations from around the world supported locally by eSports federations that are partnered with the IESF feature in the prestigious tournament.
Apart from Counter-Strike 2, PUBG Mobile, Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and TEKKEN 7 are some of the other game titles that will be staged in this year’s event.
IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 schedule and format
The IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 will be held in two phases - Group Stage and Playoffs.
As per the IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 format, these teams will be divided into four single round-robin format groups of six teams each. All matches will be in a best-of-one format. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
The IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 Playoffs will be held in a single-elimination bracket. All playoff matches will take place in a best-of-three series.

IESF World Esports Championship 2024 prize pool
The IESF World Esports Championship 2024 CS2 has a total prize pool of 240,000 USD. The winner of the tournament will receive a cash prize of 100,000 USD while the runner-up will get 50,000 USD.
The third and fourth-placed teams will bag 25,000 USD and 15,000 USD, respectively. Teams finishing fifth to eight will get 12,500 USD each.
