The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals will start on November 8 and run till November 24 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Organised by Singaporean game developer and publisher Garena, the Free Fire World Series 2024 Global Finals is the final event of the 2024 competitive season.

As many as 18 top teams from several regions around the globe will compete for the FFWS 2024 title.

Magic Squad from Brazil won the previous edition of the Free Fire World Series in Bangkok in November 2023.

FFWS 2024 Global Finals dates, schedule and format

The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals will be staged in three phases - Knockout stage, Point Rush and Grand Finals.

As per the schedule, the FFWS 2024 Global Finals knockout stage will be held from November 8-17 at the Riocentro in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 

In the FFWS 2024 Global Finals knockout stage, the 18 qualified teams have been divided into three groups of six teams each. Each week will consist of three matchdays.

The top 12 teams from the Knockout Stage will advance to Points Rush and Grand Finals.

Meanwhile, the FFWS 2024 Global Finals Points Rush will be staged from November 22-23 at the Carioca Arena 1 in Rio. Each team will play a total of 12 matches, six matches on each matchday.

Teams will earn respective Headstart Points after each day based on their daily standings.

The Grand Finals of the FFWS 2024 Global Finals will be held at the Carioca Arena 1 in Rio on November 24.

Six matches will be conducted in the FFWS 2024 Grand Finals to determine the winner.

FFWS 2024 Global Finals prize pool

The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals total prize pool is yet to be revealed by the organisers.

Last year, the Free Fire World Series 2023 had offered a total prize pool of a whopping 1 million USD.

The winner of FFWS 2023 received a cash prize of 300,000 USD while the runner-up bagged 150,000 USD.
