The FIFAe World Cup 2024 will start on December 5 and run till December 8 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Organised by FIFA in partnership with Saudi Esports Federation, the FIFAe World Cup 2024 is the 19th event of the FIFAe World Cup.
This is the first edition after FIFA and Electronic Arts ended their partnership in 2023 and also marks the first FIFAe World Cup featuring Rocket League. As many as 16 FIFA association members will nominate their best players to allow them to compete in their nation colours in the 2024 edition.
The FIFAe World Cup 2024 will be staged at the SEF Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
FIFAe World Cup 2024 schedule and format
The FIFAe World Cup 2024 featuring Rocket League will be staged in two phases - Group Stage and Playoffs.
As per the FIFAe World Cup 2024 format, these participating teams will be divided into two groups of eight teams, seeded randomly through a draw.
Group Stages matches will be held in a double round-robin format on December 5 and 6.
Each team will get three points for a win, one for a draw and zero for a loss.
The top four teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
The FIFAe World Cup 2024 Playoffs will be staged in a single-elimination bracket on December 7-8. All matches will be in a best-of-seven format.

FIFAe World Cup 2024 prize pool
The FIFAe World Cup 2024 has a total prize pool of 250,000 USD. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50,000 USD while the runner-up will get 30,000 USD.
The third and fourth-placed team will bag 25,000 USD.
