Counter-Strike 2 has received a major update named The Armory which has introduced its own version of a Battle Pass - the CS2 Armory Pass.
While players have been waiting for this feature, the CS2 Armory Pass will allow gamers to unlock unique in-game rewards in the form of skins, weapon charms, weapons collections, sticker collections and gallery case.
Here’s all you need to know about CS2 Armory Pass.
CS2 Armory Pass: All you need to know
Developer Valve has added more than 100 new items in the latest Armory update. The CS2 Armory Pass will allow gamers to earn rewards solely by playing matches in Counter-Strike 2, but the players will need to pay out a special currency that they must earn.
Armory Passes are available for purchase by accounts with Prime Status in-game and on the web.
As per the new update, gamers can stack up five passes at once and make progress on all of them at the same time.
However, it must be noted that gamers cannot acquire the CS Armory Pass for free. It is a paid feature just like the classic Battle Pass. The CS Armory Pass is priced at $17, however, the cost may differ a little depending on the gamer's region.
CS2 Armory Pass items can be unlocked by purchasing a pass worth $17. Whenever players earn XP, they also make progress on their Armory Pass, which in turn will earn them Armory Credits, an in-game currency used to purchase new skins. Items in the Armory are acquired exclusively with Armory Credits.
Gamers can acquire 40 five passes with 40 credits at one time. Meanwhile, there are no special conditions for earning Armory Credits. Gamers can merely simply gain experience by playing CS2 matches and passively receive Armory Credits as a bonus reward.
While it is important to be mindful of the 40-star limit, gamers can acquire numerous Armory Passes by increasing the limit to 120 credits.
