The BGMI new update release date is not far away as Battlegrounds Mobile India developer Krafton has rolled out a major update every two months.

As has been the norm, every BGMI update is based on a certain theme. Significant changes are expected to be made to classic mode and new features will be introduced on the BGMI new update release date.

Battlegrounds Mobile India’s last update, the BGMI 3.4 update was released with the Crimson Moon Awakening theme on September 20, 2024. The BGMI 3.4 update also witnessed new collaborations and various in-game rewards.

The new Crimson Moon Awakening theme introduced vampire and werewolf characters, each with their own special abilities, such as flying or enhanced speed and strength in the latest BGMI update. 

New locations like “Atlantis”, “Crimson Castle” and a Halloween-themed mode were also included in the BGMI new update.

For the BGMI 3.4 update, Krafton also roped in Indian actress Deepika Padukone as the BGMI brand ambassador.

As part of the one-year partnership, Deepika Padukone will feature as a playable character in the in-demand battle royale game with two distinct character skins reflecting her iconic style. BGMI gamers can access two exclusive in-game sets inspired by Deepika’s iconic style. 

Additionally, BGMI also collaborated with Norwegian DJ and record producer Alan Walker to introduce his new track “Hero” to the lobby.

BGMI gamers can enjoy Alan Walker’s latest soundtrack while playing with their squad and competing in special events that offer rewards for completing in-game missions.

The latest BGMI 3.4 update has also included new supercars with customizable skins. It offers gamers the option to combine style with speed with chasing their rivals in the game.

Furthermore, gamers can now earn rewards by completing missions and participating in events within the new Crimson Moon Awakening theme. The latest update also provides players with a limited-time UC (Unknown Cash) event where gamers can receive up to 100% UC back for purchases.

While the recent update has been hugely successful, Battlegrounds Mobile India players are eagerly waiting for the BGMI new update release date. 

BGMI new update release date

The BGMI new update release date is expected to be on November 19, 2024. However, developer Krafton is yet to provide an official confirmation on the BGMI new update release date. 

For Android users, the BGMI new update could be released between 6:30-11:30 AM on November 19 while it could be rolled out around 8:30 AM on the same day for iOS users.

The BGMI new update is expected to be launched with an appealing frozen-themed mode besides many other enhancements. 

This mode will immerse players in an icy landscape, offering unique challenges and breathtaking visuals that will raise the gameplay to a new level.

Apart from the new theme, latest weapons and new vehicles, a deadly Ice Dragon will be available in the BGMI 3.5 update.

The new ‘Hola Buddy Spin” will host three new species for the game. Two are themed Glacier while the third one is in the colour brown.

The popular Glacier M416 skin and M762 Guns are expected to make a comeback in the BGMI new update, which has generated excitement and also little controversy among fans.

Exclusive melee weapons are rumoured to be launched in the BGMI 3.5 update which will offer more variety to close-combat options.

Gamers can now anticipate dragon encounters as they will roam in main areas as well in small villages. These dragons could target players with ice breath and slow their movement which will require vigilant positioning.

Nine new super car skins that mix new designs with super-old favourites could excite car lovers in the BGMI 3.5 update.

In the BGMI new update, gamers could now utilise the Dragon Horn to open a portal to the Dragon Layer where they will clash with the dragon for powerful loot.

Premium Crates Mythic Forge and Mythic Forge Leaks are expected to be launched in the BGMI new update. 

"Snow Warden" and "Rabbit" outfits are also expected to be included in the new sets. As per leaks, the Hitman set, which has been requested by the fans, could be introduced in the BGMI 3.5 update as well. 

Price Path events and PMGC-themed rewards could be included in the BGMI new update.

Furthermore, upgradable UMP45 skins, new helmet skins and more rewards in  premium crates are rumoured to be rolled out in the BGMI 3.5 update.
