BGMI 3.5 update release date: Everything you need to know

Battlegrounds Mobile India players are already looking forward to the release of the new BGMI 3.5 update.

BGMI developer Krafton has rolled out a major update every two months. Each BGMI update is based on a certain theme. Additionally, notable changes are made to classic mode and new features are introduced.

The latest 3.4 update in BGMI was released with the Crimson Moon Awakening theme on September 20. The BGMI 3.4 update also witnessed new collaborations and various in-game rewards.

The new Crimson Moon Awakening theme introduced vampire and werewolf characters, each with their own special abilities, such as flying or enhanced speed and strength in the latest BGMI update. 

New locations like “Atlantis”, “Crimson Castle” and a Halloween-themed mode are also included in the new BGMI update.

For the BGMI 3.4 update, Krafton also roped in Indian actress Deepika Padukone as BGMI brand ambassador.

As part of the one-year partnership, Deepika Padukone will feature as a playable character in the in-demand battle royale game with two distinct character skins reflecting her iconic style. BGMI gamers can access two exclusive in-game sets inspired by Deepika’s iconic style. 

Additionally, BGMI also collaborated with Norwegian DJ and record producer Alan Walker to introduce his new track “Hero” to the lobby.

BGMI gamers can enjoy Alan Walker’s latest soundtrack while playing with their squad and competing in special events that offer rewards for completing in-game missions.

The latest BGMI 3.4 update has also included new supercars with customizable skins. It offers gamers the option to combine style with speed with chasing their rivals in the game.

Furthermore, gamers can now earn rewards by completing missions and participating in events within the new Crimson Moon Awakening theme. The latest update also provides players with a limited-time UC (Unknown Cash) event where gamers can receive up to 100% UC back for purchases.

The Spooky Spirit Royale Pass A9 has also been rolled out in the new BGMI 3.4 update. Featuring the Spirit Sentry Set, gamers can now unlock rewards at all levels and gain back their UC as they advance 

The update introduces the Spooky Spirit Royale Pass A9, which features the Spirit Sentry Set. Players can unlock rewards at every level and reclaim their UC as they progress through the pass.

While the latest update has been hugely successful, players are eagerly waiting for the BGMI 3.5 update release date.

BGMI 3.5 update release date

The BGMI 3.5 update is expected to be released in November 2024. However, developer Krafton is yet to provide an official confirmation on the BGMI 3.5 update release date.

The BGMI 3.5 update is rumoured to be rolled out with a winter theme mode called the new Frozen Tundra mode.

The upcoming BGMI update could also introduce a new hot drop named the Ice Fortress. Here, gamers will be available to battle against a huge ice monster apart from other opponents in the game. 

New vehicles including snow tigers and mammoths which gamers can ride could be included in the upcoming BGMI 3.5 update.

The upcoming update will also roll out new glacier skins such as the M416 Glacier, AKM Glacier and UMP Glacier. 

With the new A10 Royale Pass, gamers will be able to don new glacier skins. As per the reports, the Mirror World 2.0 mode could also make a return with the launch of Arcane Season 2 in November.

Additionally, new supercar skins such as the latest McLaren skin could be introduced after the Volkswagen and Lamborghini ones in the BGMI 3.5 update.

Meanwhile, the upcoming BGMI update is expected to offer notable changes to the gameplay in comparison to the new BGMI 3.4 update.

To explore the frozen realm, you can use an eagle to scout ahead, similar to Assassin’s Creed games. The BGMI 3.5 update will also introduce new glacier skins, such as the M416 Glacier, AKM Glacier and UMP Glacier. 

Players can also wear the new Glacier outfits with the update released with the A10 Royal Pass. With the release of Arcane Season 2 in November, many are also expecting the return of the Mirror World 2.0 mode.

Coming to the Supercar collaboration, we might see a new McLaren skin after the Volkswagen and Lamborghini ones. Unlike the BGMi 3.4 update, the 3.5 update will offer significant changes to the gameplay.

While these are leaks, official announcements regarding BGMI 3.5 update release date and new features are yet to be revealed by Krafton.
