NAVI returns to Apex Legends with brand new coach and roster
Ukrainian esports team Natus Vincere (NAVI) announced their comeback in the Apex Legends scene last Thursday, March 20, 2025, in a YouTube trailer featuring a brand new team roster and coach.
Among the players introduced were previous Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) 2024 champions Jose ‘Uxako‘ Llosa, Kyllian ‘zhidan‘ Brun, and Filipe ‘Hiarka‘ Morgado. The new coach was also revealed to be Francisco ‘Esteves33‘ Esteves.
The new members were once members of the GoNext Esports Apex Legends team, which was crowned the champions of the ALGS 2024.
The decision drew mixed reactions from esports fans. Some were happy about the move, saying it could help NAVI return to the competition. However, some fans were disappointed in the organisation’s return as the team didn’t have any new Ukrainian esports players.
