The Women's Tri-Series in Namibia 2024 will start in Windhoek, Namibia on September 6.
Hosts Namibia, the United Arab Emirates and Zimbabwe will feature in the Women's Tri-Series in Namibia 2024.
Ranked 14th in the ICC Women’s T20I team rankings, Zimbabwe will be the top-ranked team in the tri-series, followed by the United Arab Emirates placed on the 16th spot. Namibia are currently placed 18th in the ICC Women’s T20I team rankings.
As per the Women's Tri-Series in Namibia 2024 schedule, each team will play the other two sides thrice in a triple round-robin format.
The top two teams in the standings after all the round-robin matches will qualify for the Women's Tri-Series in Namibia 2024 final to be held on September 15.
All matches in the Women's Tri-Series in Namibia 2024 will be played at the Wanderers Cricket Ground in Windhoek.
Hosts Namibia will be led by Sune Wittmann while Esha Oza will lead the United Arab Emirates.
On the other hand, Zimbabwe have announced a pretty young squad for the upcoming tri-series in Namibia.
Zimbabwe captain Mary-Anne Musonda, Sharne Mayers and pacer Nomvelo Sibanda have not been included in the squad.
