The Women’s T20I Quadrangular Series 2024 will kickstart in Hangzhou, China on Thursday, November 7.
Hosts China will meet Hong Kong in the opener at the Pingfeng Campus Cricket Field at 6:30 AM IST on Thursday.
The Women’s T20I Quadrangular Series 2024 will have four teams vying for the title in a total of eight T20 matches to be played over four days.
Mongolia and Myanmar are the other teams in the tournament, who will square up in the second match at 12:00 PM IST on Thursday.
Each team will play one match against the other three sides in a single round-robin format with the top two sides facing off in the final that is scheduled to be played on Sunday, November 10.
Teams placed third and fourth, after the group stage, will compete in the third-place play-off match, which will also be played on Sunday.
All the matches in the Women’s T20I Quadrangular Series 2024 will be played at the Pingfeng Campus Cricket Field in Hangzhou.
Hong Kong are currently ranked 22nd in the ICC Women’s T20I rankings and are the top-ranked side in the tournament.
Myanmar are 44th and hosts China are in the 48th position while Mongolia are placed 66th as per ICC’s latest list of team rankings.
