The T20 Blast 2022 starts on May 25, with Kent and Somerset squaring off in the season-opener.
The fixture is a repeat of the previous edition’s final, where young wicketkeeper-batter Jordan Cox inspired Kent to a 25-run victory over Somerset in 2021.
As in recent seasons, there are 18 county teams participating in the tournament and are divided into two divisions – the North Group and the South Group.
North Group includes Birmingham, Derbyshire, Durham, Lancashire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Worcestershire and Yorkshire.
The South Group, meanwhile, features holders Kent, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Glamorgan, Middlesex, Somerset, Surrey and Sussex.
The group stage, which comprises 126 games, will be played across a 40-day period with the final round-robin matches to be staged on Sunday, July 3.
Each county will play 14 group-stage matches (seven at home and seven away).
The knockout phase is scheduled from July 6 onwards, with the quarter-finals set to be played between July 6 and 9.
The semi-finals and the T20 Blast 2022 final will be held at Edgbaston on July 16.
Leicestershire are the most successful team in the history of the T20 Blast with three titles.

Live streaming of Vitality T20 Blast 2022 in India will be available for select matches on the FanCode app and website. There will be no telecast of the Vitality T20 Blast on any TV channel in India.
