Day 4 of the Virtual Five5 Cricket World Championship 2020 saw some fabulous bowling displays in the simulated reality league cricket tournament on an individual front. Right from Jackson Holder’s match-winning over for WI against IND to Kailash Yadav’s three-fer for IND against PAK, the spectators were treated to some scintillating performances.
That said, we take a look at two of the best bowling performances from the fourth day of the tournament.
Kailash Yadav vs PAK
IND’s Kailash Yadav bowled arguably the over the tournament against PAK as his side registered a fine victory over their rivals by seven wickets. Came in to the bowl the second over of the game, Yadav dismissed Fakhar Zakir before sending Shoaeb Malek back to the pavilion in successive deliveries. Though he missed out on a hat-trick, he dismissed Sarfaraz Ahmad in the final ball of his over.

His exploits limited PAK to a paltry score of 36/5 in five overs.
Mohd Amer vs IND
What Yadav did earlier in the game was matched by PAK’s Mohd Amer in the second innings. Bowling the first over the innings, Amer got the better of Rohan Sharma in the penultimate ball of his over, and this was followed by dismissing captain Viraj Kohli on a golden duck in the very next delivery.
Shikhar Dhaven, however, took the matter in his hands and a 14-ball 21 guided IND to a fantastic victory with just two balls to spare.
