St. Lucia T10 Blast 2022 is set to begin on Friday, May 6, with Babonneau Leatherbacks taking on Dennery Segment Rising Stars in the first match of the competition.
The new edition of the T10 tournament will feature as many as 14 teams that have been divided into four different groups. The groups are as follows:
Group A: Soufriere Sulphur City Stars, South Castries Lions, Gros Islet Cannon Blasters and Micoud Eagles
Group B: Choiseul Coal Pots, Mabouya Valley Constrictors, Mon Repos Stars and Central Castries Mindoo Heritage
Playoffs 1: Babonneau Leatherbacks, Vieux Fort North Raiders and Dennery Segment Rising Stars
Playoffs 2: Vieux Fort North Raiders, Laborie Bay Royals and Invictus Desruisseaux
The teams will play a total of 30 matches across the competition, 26 out of which will be played within the league stage. After that, the tournament will head into the knockout phase from May 19 onwards.
The semi-final rounds will be played on May 19 and May 20, followed by the final on May 21. All the matches will be played at Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in Gros Islet, St Lucia.
