David Warner made his homecoming a memorable one as the Aussie opener slammed his first century in international T20 at the Adelaide Oval against Sri Lanka in the first match of the series, which Australia won comfortably.
Such was Australia’s domination that Sri Lanka could not even reach three figures in their batting essay, which meant that Warner had outscored the whole Lankan team.

The century will also be special for Warner himself, who came on the back of a horrible Ashes series, where he managed to score only 95 runs across 10 innings, and became Stuart Broad’s bunny in the process.
His return to form bodes well for Australia ahead of their busy schedule over the next few months.
