Royal Strikers (RST) and Southern Crusaders (SOC) lock horns in the 27th match of ECS T10 Malta 2021 on Monday, June 21 at the Marsa Sports Complex.
Royal Strikers and Southern Crusaders are the only two teams this season who are yet to win a game. Both these teams have lost all of their four games so far and sit at the bottom of the table. SOC are in fourth spot owing to a better net run-rate (NRR) of -0.550, while RST sit fifth with a NRR of -3.745.
RST vs SOC Dream11 prediction
The match on Monday is bound to produce a winner and SOC might very well come out victorious. Royal Strikers have been poor with the bat this season and that trend is likely to continue against the Crusaders, who have picked more wickets than their opponents this season.
RST vs SOC best players to pick for ECS Malta T10 fantasy team
Top tip: Best batsmen
RST does not really have hard-hitting batsmen in their rank, meaning that fantasy managers may have to settle for less. Jithin Joy could be the best pick as he is averaging 27 fantasy points per game. The middle-order batsman has scored 45 runs so far at an average of 15.
From SOC, Zeshan Yousaf could be an option to consider. The batsman has scored 53 runs in four matches and that has come at a strike rate of 108.16. He’s also hit six fours so far.
Top tip: Best bowler
Jaison Jerome of RST may have struggled with his economy but he has picked three wickets in as many games this season. On top of it, he is averaging 38 fantasy points meaning that he is your best bet for this position.
Jojo Thomas of SOC has been a complete revelation. The 31-year-old is his team’s top wicket-taker with five wickets in four games. The fact that he is averaging 74.3 fantasy points per game is enough to pick him in your team.
Top tip: Best all-rounder and wicket-keeper
SOC’s Bilal Khan is the outright pick for an all-rounder. The middle-order batsman has scored 48 runs in three matches and has picked two wickets with the ball, meaning that he is averaging 59 fantasy points per game.
For a wicket-keeper, there is no one better than SOC’s opening batsman Ryan Bastiansz. The 35-year-old is averaging 36.3 fantasy points per game.
