The Netherlands T20I Tri-Series 2024 is all set to begin on August 23 and will culminate on August 28.
Apart from host nation Netherlands, the United States and Canada are the other two countries participating in the 20-over tri-series.
A total of six matches will be played over the course of the tri-series with all teams squaring off against each other twice.
The team with the most points followed by the best net run rate at the end of all the games will be the winner of the tri-series.
Monank Patel will be the captain of the United States and Nicholas Kirton has been named skipper of Canada, while Scott Edwards will act as captain of the Netherlands.
The Sportpark Maarschalkerweerd in Utrecht and Sportpark Duivesteijn in Voorburg are the two venues for the tri-series. While the first four matches of the series will be held in Utrecht, the last two will take place in Voorburg.
Hosts Netherlands will be favourites to win the tri-series and are the top ranked ICC T20 team in 15th spot among the participating nations.
The United States are ranked 18th in the ICC T20I team rankings, while Canada are placed in 23rd position.
