Under the leadership of Esha Oza, UAE defeated Malaysia by 37 runs in the final at Bayuemas Oval in Klang, Malaysia.
Currently ranked 16th in the ICC women’s T20I team rankings, UAE also reached the semi-finals of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024.
Having qualified for their second Women’s Asia Cup after 2022, UAE will aim to upset the likes of Nepal, India and Pakistan in Dambulla.
