The Nepal T20I Tri-Series 2023 is scheduled to be held from October 18 to 27 in Nepal.

Organised by the Cricket Association of Nepal, the tri-nation cricket tournament is part of their preparations for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup Asian Region Qualifier.

The tournament will feature three national teams - hosts Nepal, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

A total of seven matches will be played at two venues. The group matches will be held at the Mulpani Cricket Stadium while the final will be played at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

The three participating teams will play each other twice in a round-robin format. The top two teams after the round-robin stage will then square off in the final on October 27.

The Nepal cricket team heads into the tournament following their participation in the recently concluded Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou, China.

Nepal were knocked out in the quarter-finals by eventual champions India.

En route to the last eight, Nepal set the record for the highest T20 score when they posted 314/3 against Mongolia at the Hangzhou Games 2023.
