The MCA T20 Super Series 2024 is all set to get underway on Saturday, October 5 with Central Smashers facing Northern Strikers in the opening match of the tournament.

A total of 12 matches will be played over the course of this week-long tournament and it will feature five teams in action.

The five teams that are participating in the MCA T20 Super Series 2024 are Central Smashers, Northern Strikers, Western Warriors, Southern Hitters and Eastern Eagles.

Each team in this 20-over-per-side cricket tournament will face the other four teams once in a single round-robin format and the top two sides at the end of all the league stage games will progress to the final, while the third and fourth-placed teams will feature in the third place playoff.

Organised by the Malaysian Cricket Association, all the matches in MCA T20 Super Series 2024 will be held at the Selangor Turf Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Southern Hitters finished on top of the standings in the 2023 edition of the MCA T20 Super Series.
