The Kotambi Stadium is a new cricket stadium located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Owned and operated by the Baroda Cricket Association, the Kotambi Stadium has a seating capacity of 35,000.
The Kotambi Stadium is the latest home ground for Baroda in domestic cricket and Indian T20 League franchise Team Gujarat.
It hosted its first international cricket match, a women’s one-day international (ODI) that featured hosts India and West Indies. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led India Women won the match by 211 runs.

India rode on Smriti Mandhana’s 91 off 102 balls along with contributions from Harleen Deol (44), Pratika Rawal (40), captain Harmanpreet Kaur (34) and Jemimah Rodrigues (31) to post a huge total on the board. The hosts later bowled out West Indies for 103 in 26.2 overs to secure a massive 211-run victory.

The West Indies women's cricket team recorded the lowest total at the Kotambi Stadium in women’s ODI cricket. West Indies Women were bundled out for 103 while chasing India’s 314/9 in the first ODI of a three-match series in December 2024. Afy Fletcher (24 not out) and wicketkeeper-batter Shemaine Campbelle (21) were the top-scorers for the Windies. Earlier, India Women scored 314/9 in their 50 overs after they were put in to bat. Under the leadership of Harmanpreet Kaur, India Women won the game by 211 runs.

India Women’s star opening batter Smriti Mandhana has the most runs at this venue in women’s ODI cricket. The stylish left-handed batter has scored 91 runs in the solitary ODI that she has played at this ground so far. Her teammate Harleen Deol features second on the list with 44 runs in one game.
Most wickets
India’s Renuka Singh and Zaida James of West Indies share the record for the most wickets at the Kotambi Stadium in women’s ODI cricket. While right-arm pacer Renuka Singh has bagged five wickets in the solitary ODI at an economy of 2.90, left-arm spinner Zaida James also picked up five wickets in the same game at an average of 9.00.
Highest individual score
Smriti Mandhana registered the highest individual score at this venue in the women’s ODI format. Opening the batting, the flamboyant left-handed batter scored 91 off 102 balls during the first ODI of West Indies Women’s tour of India in December 2024. Defending 314, Renuka Singh dismissed captain Hayley Matthews, Deandra Dottin, Shemaine Campbelle, Aaliyah Alleyne and Shabika Gajnabi to help India bowl out West Indies for 103 in 26.2 overs. Smriti Mandhana and Pratika Rawal forged an incredible 110-run stand for the opening wicket against West Indies Women in the first ODI of a three-match series in December 2024. While Mandhana slammed 91, Pratika scored 40 to help India Women post 314/9 in their 50 overs. India Women won the game by 211 runs.
