Two-time champions Islamabad United (ISL) will take on Multan Sultans (MUL) in the qualifier of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2021 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, UAE on Monday, June 21.
Led by Shadab Khan, ISL have been the most dominant team in the league phase, winning eight of their 10 matches played this season. With 16 points from 10 encounters, Islamabad United finished as the table-toppers in the ongoing edition of the T20 tournament.
MUL, on the other hand, ended the league stage in second spot in the PSL 2021 points table. The Mohammad Rizwan-led side has been inconsistent, featuring in five wins and as many losses.
The average first innings score at this venue has been 171 and the toss-winning captain will look to bat first in the high-profile clash.
ISL vs MUL Dream11 prediction
Islamabad United have defeated Multan Sultans in both their clashes earlier this season. Furthermore, ISL have won three of their last five matches against MUL in the PSL. Going by recent form, Shadab Khan’s United will start as overwhelming favourites against Sultans in the PSL qualifier on Monday.

Top Tip: Best batsmen

Munro has amassed 241 runs in five innings at a staggering average of 80.33 and at a strike rate of 174.63.
For the Sultans, Sohaib Maqsood will be the batsman to watch out for in the PSL 2021 qualifier. Maqsood has scored 304 runs in 10 innings this season at a strike rate of 154.31. The swashbuckling batsman, who has hit three fifties in the ongoing edition of PSL, will look to continue his good form on Monday.
