Punjab beat Kolkata by 5 wickets in match 45 of Indian T20 League 2021 at the Dubai International Stadium on Friday, October 1.

Riding on KL Rahul's 67 (55), Punjab looked set to chase the score comfortably. However, Kolkata bowlers struck with timely breakthroughs to take the match close.  

In the end, it was Shahrukh Khan's cameo of 22 (9) that sealed the win for Punjab who moved to the fifth spot in the standings.
