It was sunny, it drizzled, and it was sunny again. But none of that mattered as India dished out another classy performance to beat Pakistan by 89 runs (DLS method) in their 2019 ICC World Cup tie in Manchester on Sunday.
Though the match saw a number of interruptions, the Indians didn’t let that bother their momentum as they kept the pressure on the opposition to put the match to bed before the DLS method reduced the required score to 302 from the initial 337.
However, the match had everything to keep social media enthusiasts busy. Here are few of the top reactions from the game

Almost after every over Dhoni has a word with Kohli or other team-mates. Guiding them, encouraging them, giving them a pat on the back or a reminder of what they need to do - this was missing when Pakistan was in the field from their senior players #INDvPAK #CWC19
