India Women will lock horns with Nepal Women in Match 10 of the Women’s Asia Cup 2024 on Tuesday, July 23 at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla, Sri Lanka. 

The India vs Nepal game will begin at 7:00 PM IST. This Women's Asia Cup 2024 match will be broadcast live on television and streamed online in India.

Harmanpreet Kaur’s women in Blue are unbeaten in the tournament so far after winning both their matches. The Indian team started their campaign with a stunning seven-wicket win against arch-rivals Pakistan Women. 

India Women continued their victory run as they brushed aside United Arab Emirates Women with a 78-run win. With Harmanpreet’s top score of 47-ball 66 and Richa Ghosh’s unbeaten 64 off 29, India Women posted 201/5 in the first innings. 

It is the highest score made in Women’s T20Is at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Sri Lanka. 

On the other hand, Indu Barma’s Nepal Women kicked off the tournament opener against UAE. The one-sided contest ended in Nepal’s favour as they won by six wickets. 

However, they lost their last match against Pakistan Women. Nepal Women’s low score of 108/6 led to a comfortable nine-wicket victory for Pakistan.

Both teams, India Women and Nepal Women will be playing their third match of the ongoing tournament. After two matches each, India Women top the Group A points table with four points and an NRR of 3.386. They have remained undefeated so far. 

Nepal Women stand third in the same Group with two points and an NRR of -0.819. Nepal Women have won one match and suffered a loss. 

The top two teams from this group will advance to the semi-finals along with the top two teams from Group B.

India and Nepal will lock horns for the first time in women’s T20 international cricket on Sunday. As far as the ICC T20 women’s team rankings are concerned, India are third while Nepal find themselves in the 21st spot.
