The Indian cricket team returns to action for the first time since the pandemic, when they face Australia on Friday, November 27, in the first ODI of the three-match series at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).

Apart from the ODI series the India tour of Australia 2020-21 has three T20Is and four Test matches as well, with a limited number of fans allowed at the stands.

The India cricket team comes to the contest on the back of a 3-0 ODI series defeat during their tour of New Zealand in February 2020. After the Men in Blue had whitewashed the Kiwis in a five-match T20I series, the Black Caps came back with a domineering performance in the ODIs.

While India haven’t played an ODI since February 11, 2020, Australia have had ODI practice prior to the Indian T20 League. Touring England last September, Aaron Finch and Co. won the three-match ODI series 2-1 on the English soil. Watch India vs Australia 2020-21 1st ODI on live streaming.
