The ILT20 Development Tournament 2024 will start on October 6 and run till October 16 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As many as six teams will compete in a total of 18 matches over 10 days in the ILT20 Development Tournament 2024.
Desert Vipers Development, Dubai Capitals Development, Gulf Giants Development, ILT20 Marvels, ILT20 Pearls and ILT20 Thunderbolts are the teams that will feature in the second edition of the International League T20 Development Tournament.
As per the ILT20 Development Tournament 2024 schedule, each team will play the other five sides once in a single round-robin format. The top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
The winners of the two semi-finals will clash in the ILT20 Development Tournament 2024 final on October 16.
All matches in the ILT20 Development Tournament 2024 will be played at the ICC Academy Oval 1 in Dubai.
The ILT20 Development Tournament 2024 squads were selected via a player draft. Each team includes 15 players comprising UAE's national stars and ILT20 participants.
The upcoming tournament will offer a platform to UAE’s future stars to showcase their talent and stake a claim in the six ILT20 franchises ahead of the third season which will be played in January-February 2025.
After the ILT20 Development Tournament 2024, another round of the Player Selection Draft will be held. Each of the six ILT20 franchises will complete their UAE selections (minimum of four per squad) for Season 3 by choosing the remaining players – two per team.
A total of 12 UAE players were retained by teams in the ILT20 Season 3 Retention Window. As many as 12 additional players can be picked in the post ILT20 Development Tournament, Player Selection Draft.
ILT20 Brave won the inaugural edition of the International League T20 Development Tournament after beating ILT20 Blitzers by nine wickets in October 2023.

Live streaming of the ILT20 Development Tournament 2024 will be available on the FanCode app and website.
There will be no live telecast of the upcoming T20 tournament on any TV channel in India.
