The ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024 will start on April 25 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024 is part of the final qualification process for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024 to be held in Bangladesh.
The sixth edition of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier will see as many as 10 teams compete for the remaining two spots in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024.
Ireland Women, Netherlands Women, Scotland Women, Sri Lanka Women, Thailand Women, USA Women, Uganda Women, UAE Women, Vanuatu Women and Zimbabwe Women are the teams that will participate in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024.
As per the format, these participating teams have been divided into two groups of five teams each.
Group A has Scotland, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Uganda and the United States while the likes of Ireland, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu and Zimbabwe are clubbed in Group B.
Each team will play the other four sides in their group once. The top two sides from each group will advance to the semi-finals.
The winners of the two semi-finals will qualify for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024. The ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024 final will be played on May 7.
Sheikh Zayed Stadium and Tolerance Oval are the two venues that will host all the matches of the upcoming T20 tournament.
Hosts Bangladesh, Australia, England, India, South Africa, New Zealand, West Indies and Pakistan have already qualified for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024.

Live streaming of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024 will be available on the FanCode app and website in India.
There will be no live telecast of the upcoming women’s T20 tournament on any TV channel in India.
