Hobart Hurricanes (HUR) will take on Perth Scorchers (SCO) in the 12th match of Big Bash League 2021-22 at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Tuesday, December 14.
The Hurricanes recently bounced back from their defeat by getting better of defending champions Sydney Sixers in a rain-curtailed match. With five points from two matches, the Matthew Wade-led HUR are currently placed fifth in the BBL 2021-22 standings.
Last year’s finalist Perth Scorchers, on the other hand, are currently the only unbeaten side in the tournament. The Aston Turner-led side are placed second in the BBL standings with seven points from two matches.

Australia fast bowler Andrew Tye has been the standout bowler in the ongoing edition of the Big Bash League. The 34-year-old SCO pacer has picked five wickets in two matches at an economy of 7.57. He is tipped to add more wickets to his tally against the Hurricanes.

Amongst the all-rounders, one must pick Hobart Hurricanes’ D’Arcy Short in the fantasy team. The opening batter has scored 94 runs in two matches at a strike rate of 108.04.
