The 25-year-old registered his career-best figures in T20 cricket in his last outing - 4/32 versus Perth Scorchers - and is expected to restrict HEA from scoring too many runs in the middle overs. Hayden Kerr heads into the fixture with 497 fantasy points already this season.
Top tip: Best all-rounder and wicket-keeper
Sean Abbott is an excellent all-round option. The Australian all-rounder put on a match-winning display in the reverse SIX vs HEA meeting this season, scoring an unbeaten 37 and grabbing four wickets for 31 runs. Owned by 93.05 per cent fantasy players, Abbott will hope to build on his tally of 536 points on Wednesday and lead his team to victory.
Josh Philippe qualifies as a smart wicket-keeping pick for this contest. The Australian wicket-keeper is the Sixers’ leading run-getter in BBL 2021-22 with 295 runs in eight games.
