The Entertainers Cricket League ( ECL ) 2024 kicked off on September 13 and will culminate on September 22 in Delhi.
An exciting T10 cricket tournament, ECL 2024 began by featuring six teams competing across 19 matches over 10 days and brought together some of the most popular social media stars and influencers from India.
Notable participants in this star-studded tournament include influencers such as Munawar Faruqui, Elvish Yadav, Abhishek Malhan, Harsh Beniwal, Lovekesh Kataria and Anurag Dwivedi.
The teams participating in the inaugural ECL T10 tournament are Bangalore Bashers , Dynamic Delhi , Haryanvi Hunters , Lucknow Lions , Mumbai Disruptors and Punjab Veers .
According to the tournament's schedule, all teams faced the other five in a single round-robin format with the top four sides then progressing to the playoffs or knockout stage following the league phase's conclusion on September 19.
As per the playoffs format, the top two teams in the league standings will have to compete in Qualifier 1 with the winner advancing directly to the final.
The third and fourth-placed teams will have to battle in the Eliminator to stay in contention. The winner of the Eliminator will then face the loser of Qualifier 1 in Qualifier 2 for the remaining spot in the final. The ECL 2024 grand final is set for September 22.
After all the league stage matches concluded, Haryanvi Hunters are set to face Lucknow Lions in Qualifier 1, while Mumbai Disruptors face Punjab Veers in the Eliminator.
Like the league stage, all playoff matches in ECL T10 2024 are also being held at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Delhi.
