Dindigul Dragons (DD) will lock horns with Ruby Trichy Warriors (RTW) in the second match of Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) 2022 at the Indian Cement Company Ground in Tirunelveli on Friday, June 24.
Under the leadership of Rahil Shah, Ruby Trichy Warriors reached the final of last edition before losing to eventual champions Chepauk Super Gillies. Earlier in the league phase, Ruby Trichy Warriors finished as the table-toppers with 10 points from seven matches.
On the other hand, Dindigul Dragons were knocked out by Chepauk Super Gillies in the second qualifier last season. The Hari Nishaanth-led side earlier finished third in the standings with eight points from seven matches.
