The upcoming Croatia vs Spain T20I series named the ECN Mediterranean 2024 will start in Zagreb, Croatia on Friday, August 2.
Organised by the European Cricket Network, the ECN Mediterranean 2024 will see hosts Croatia and Spain clash in a five-match T20I series.
As per the Croatia vs Spain T20 2024 schedule, the first match of the five-match series will be played on August 2. The next two games will be held on Saturday, August 3 while the remaining two matches will be played on Sunday, August 4.
All the five Croatia vs Spain T20 2024 games will be played at the Mladost Cricket Ground in Zagreb.
Spain are currently ranked 31st in the ICC Men’s T20I team rankings while Croatia are placed 75th in the rankings.
Both Croatia and Spain have announced their squads for the ECN Mediterranean 2024 T20I series.
The likes of Alen Magdalenic, Aman Maheshwari, Jawahar Danikula, Petar Bosnjak, Saghar Manzoor, Sam Houghton and Vigneshwaran Rathinasamy are some of the high-profile players included in the Croatian squad.
The visitors will bank on their experienced stars including Adeel Raja, Alec Davidson Soler, Awais Ahmed and Christian Munoz Mills in the upcoming T20I series.
Meanwhile, the Croatia national cricket team became an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2017. On the other hand, the Spain national cricket team has also been an associate member since 2017.
