Barbados Women (BR-W) will lock horns with Trinbago Knight Riders Women (TKR-W) in the Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) 2022 final at Warner Park in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis on Monday, September 5. The inaugural WCPL T20 final will start at 12:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) in India.
Led by captain Deandra Dottin, Trinbago Knight Riders Women stormed into the WCPL T20 2022 final after finishing at the top of the standings with three points from two matches. While TKR-W started their campaign with a thrilling win over BR-W, their match against Guyana Amazon Warriors women was abandoned due to rain.

Needing a win in their last match after losing to TKR-W in their campaign opener, the Hayley Matthews-led BR-W beat GUY-W by four wickets to qualify for the final after finishing second in the three-team standings with two points.
