The ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup 2024 will start on December 15 and run till December 22 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Organised by the Asian Cricket Council, the ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup 2024 will see as many as six teams compete in a total of 12 T20 matches in the inaugural edition of the tournament.

These six participating teams include four Asian full members along with the host Malaysia and Nepal, who qualified as the winner of the Women's U19 Asia Qualifier 2025.

Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are the teams that will compete for the inaugural ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup. These teams have been divided into two groups of three teams each.

Group A has Bangladesh, Malaysia and Sri Lanka while India, Pakistan and Nepal are clubbed in Group B.

Niki Prasad will lead the Indian squad while Sanika Chalke has been appointed vice-captain.

As per the ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup 2024 schedule, each team will play the other sides in their group once in a single round-robin format.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Four stage while the bottom-placed team from each group will clash in the 5/6th Place playoff.

Later, the two top teams after all the Super Four stage matches will clash in the ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup 2024 final on December 22.

All ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup 2024 matches will be played at the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur.

The inaugural edition of the ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup will aim to further develop and promote women’s cricket. It will also serve as a preparatory event for the ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup 2025 to be held in Malaysia from January 18 to February 2.

The ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup 2024 will be telecast live on Sony Sports Ten 5 and Sony Sports Ten 5 HD TV channels in India.
