Tim Southee is the bowler who has dismissed Virat Kohli the most in international cricket. The Kiwi has nailed the Indian thrice in Tests, six times in ODIs and once in T20Is.

Batting on 78, Kohli played a horizontal shot to Southee’s short delivery. Aimed for the midwicket region, the ball instead found the fielder at long on.

Batting on two, Kohli tried to pull a short ball from Southee but could only top-edge it to the fielder at short mid-wicket.

Batting on four, Southee surprised Kohli with a quick short ball, which rose to a very uncomfortable length. The delivery got the batsman’s glove before Peter Fulton caught a dolly in the slip cordon.

Batting on 121, Kohli tried slogging Southee deep into the stands in the final overs of the innings. In the process, a tired shot couldn’t clear the fielder at long on.

Batting on 113, Kohli tried to loft a slower delivery from Southee, but couldn’t get it over the fielder at mid off.
Eight Dismissal: New Zealand v India second T20I in Auckland (2019)
Caught by wicket-keeper Tim Seifert: 11 (12b) 1x4
Unfortunate mode of dismissal. Batting on 11, Kohli tried to glance a leg stump half-volley from Southee to fine leg, but could only manage a faint edge which was pouched by the keeper behind the stumps.

Bowled: 15 (25b) 1x4
Batting on 15, Kohli plays across the line to Southee’s ball holding its line. In the end, the skipper was cleaned up by the Kiwi seamer.
Tenth Dismissal: New Zealand v India second Test in Christchurch (2020)
Leg before wicket: 3 (15b)
Batting on three, Kohli was once again nailed by Southee in front of the stumps. The in-dipper completely beat the Indian captain’s inside edge on the drive.
