The Pakistan Super League (PSL) hasn’t always been the most comfortable place for batters to express themselves and score runs. Pakistan’s rich heritage of producing world-class pace bowlers has played a part in this, however, over the years there have been quite a few batters who have made their presence known in the PSL.
England’s limited-overs batter Jason Roy is the player who holds the distinction of being the batter with the highest individual score in Pakistan Super League. Roy, in fact, features twice in the top 10 list for highest individual score in PSL history.
A few Pakistan players that feature in the top 10 of this list include Usman Khan, Sharjeel Khan, Babar Azam, and Fakhar Zaman. Usman Khan’s 43-ball 120 for Multan Sultans against Quetta Gladiators in Match 2023 is the highest individual score in the PSL by a Pakistani batter.
Among overseas batters, the likes of Rilee Rossouw, Cameron Delport, Martin Guptill, and Colin Ingram also feature on this list besides Jason Roy.
