Dom Sibley led Surrey to a strong win over Hampshire in the Rothesay County Championship match at the Kia Oval. He stood out with twin centuries, scoring 100 in the first innings and 105 in the second, making him the 20th Surrey player to achieve this feat in first-class cricket. Surrey set a tough target, declaring at 342 for 9, asking Hampshire to chase down 377 runs to win.

Hampshire started their second innings poorly, ending day three at 35 for 3. They need another 342 runs to win, with Dan Worrall taking three wickets for 37 runs.

Surrey player Jamie Smith lit up the day with his 84 off 113 balls, allowing the team to push their lead. Kemar Roach struck early, bowling Mark Stoneman for just three runs.

Hampshire's Sonny Baker put up a fight, taking 5 for 80 in Surrey's innings. Yet, Sibley stole the show, scoring 105 and forming key stands with Ollie Pope (65) and Smith. With their strong array, Surrey is on the brink of a big win, while Hampshire looks to rally in a stern chase as they struggle to stay in the game.
