After an animated display with the bat, having put 63/0 on board courtesy Armand Finch and Daniel Warner's hard-hitting display, it was time for AUS to perform equally well with the ball against ENG.

As James Butler and Jackson Bairstow raced with a quickfire scoring rate, AUS needed a wicket, and Kane Richerdson delivered what was promised. The wicket of Bairstow wobbled ENG’s ship and AUS registered a fine victory by three runs.

Lance Ngidi vs BAN

Having won the toss and putting BAN to bat, a certain Lance Ngidi put on arguably one of the finest displays of the simulated reality league cricket tournament already. The pacer, in his over, not only picked a wicket but conceded a paltry three runs, on the back of which, SA restricted BAN to 30/4. In response, SA reached the target within 2.4 overs without losing a wicket.
